The Problem
What were the problems requiring action?
Grand Slam Performance (GSP) struggled with an outdated website that didn’t meet modern user expectations or align with their business goals. The website had poor user engagement, high bounce rates, and low conversions due to its outdated design and confusing navigation.

Additionally, the limited payment options failed to align with customer expectations, making it difficult for them to see the value in the training programs. This lack of flexibility contributed to reduced sales and hindered overall revenue growth.
